Fantastische verzameling unieke foto's van dit adembenemend pareltje van de Himalaya: Bhutan. Matthieu Ricard weet door zijn unieke invalshoek (als monnik) op prachtige wijze juist de dingen die dit land zo exceptioneel maken af te schilderen en zijn manier van vertellen doet des te meer beseffen dat dit een plek is die onlosmakelijk verbonden is met een diep gevoel van geschiedenis en spiritualiteit.
